A historic 86-unit 10-story high-rise located in the heart of Tenderloin. The project consists of adding new unit exhaust systems, new fire/life safety systems including fire alarm, ERRC, and fire sprinklers. Exterior work consists of changing windows, waterproofing around windows, and dry rot repair.
