350 Ellis Street

DESCRIPTION

350 Ellis is a 96-unit 13-story Type 1 building located in the Tenderloin district in San Francisco. The project was part of the RAD Phase 2 portfolio, formally owned by the San Francisco Housing Authority.

Interior renovation includes new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, electrical upgrades, elevator modernizations, creation of five new mobility units, and adding a new fire sprinkler/alarm system. The project also includes the renovation of the entire ground floor with a 2,400SF addition at the rear.

Exterior work includes demolition of the entire north and south elevations, reinforcing existing framing, installation of a new fiber cement board rain screen system, new windows, new roofing, and new site work for mobility compliance.
