Located in the Tenderloin area of San Francisco, 666 Ellis is in the first phase of the RAD projects with the Mayor's Office of Housing. The project consists of rehabilitation of a 100-unit, 13-story Type 1 building.
Interior renovations include new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, electrical upgrades, and elevator modernization, along with common area renovations and new ADA units. In addition, a new fire sprinkler system throughout the building is being installed.
Exterior work includes all new windows, new roofing, ADA site work at entry, expansion of the first floor lobby, and landscape work.
