The Carena Scattered Site Project consists of 114 units located on three separate properties – Camara Circle, Elaine Null Apartments, and Riley Court Apartments. All properties consist of multiple buildings with one- to three-bedroom units.

The scope of work consists of selective unit upgrades, deck and railing repair, ADA civil work, and landscaping.
