Interior and exterior rehab of a 40-unit affordable housing complex in seven separate freestanding buildings. Interior work included new bathrooms, kitchens, interior finishes, unit subpanels and main feeders. Exterior work included complete exterior finishes (converting existing stucco building to new cement board siding with added plywood sheathing), extension of roof eaves, installation of moment frames and Simpson Strong Walls for seismic upgrade, landscaping, and additions to the community room. Earlier phases of the project included furnace and water replacement throughout and lighting upgrades.
