Rehabilitation of a 150-unit senior housing property consisting of 4 residential buildings and 1 community building. Scope of work consists of interior, exterior, seismic, and site improvements. Interior improvements include complete renovation of kitchens, bathrooms, finishes throughout, new HVAC system, and ADA upgrades. Exterior improvements include complete replacement of the building envelopes — new roofs, stucco, windows, doors, and decks. Common area work includes replacing all 4 elevators, finishes throughout, seismic upgrades to all buildings, reconfiguration and additions at the community building. Sitework includes ADA parking and site accessibility upgrades, community garden, new landscaping and site furnishings.
