Rehabilitation of a 100-unit senior property consisting of six residential buildings and one community building. Scope of work includes code upgrades to the electrical systems at all units, modernization of three elevators and machine rooms, building addition at community building, new fire alarm system throughout all buildings and units, new finishes and fixtures at units, converting 10 units to current accessibility codes, new windows and sliding glass doors. Exterior and site improvements include complete painting of all buildings, roof repairs, outdoor community gathering areas, and site accessibility upgrades.
