A green project, the Magnolia Terrace Renovation is a rehabilitation of an existing classic box style four-plex to include five units. Work included new foundation, the extension of the existing hip roof, new roofing, restoration of the building facades, and the addition of new front and side entry porches. Site work included new landscaping and a new ADA concrete walkway. Project included all new utilities run to site. A new photovoltaic system was installed to assist the electrical demands.
