Renovation of existing 10-story senior housing complex of 150 units located on 21st Street in downtown Oakland. Work consisted of complete window and storefront replacement, lobby remodels, new accessible bathrooms, new landscape design, ADA elevator upgrades, and complete exterior painting, seismic retrofitting, new solar thermal system, and interior common area work.
