Renovation of existing 5-story senior housing complex of 44 units located on Durant Avenue in Berkeley. Work consisted of complete window and storefront replacement, lobby remodels, new accessible bathrooms, new landscape design, ADA elevator upgrades, and complete exterior painting, seismic retrofitting, and new solar thermal system, and interior common area work.
